I have to take sick leave too many times.

Homeopathic medicine has helped many people with thyroid problems as well as asthma and other ailments. However, you need an experienced homeopathic doctor to accomplish this. The homeopath can gradually remove her allopathic medicines as the homeopathy remedies take effect.
